Summary

I understand Wikipedia's strict requirements for content editing, such as neutrality, citations from reliable sources, and adherence to encyclopedia rules. These guidelines help ensure the accuracy and fairness of the content. I also learned how to better manage and share knowledge in an era of rapid information change. By visiting some articles written by other readers on Wikipedia, I also gained some knowledge. Also increased my appreciation for this article.



Interesting points

The interesting part is that we can edit articles on our homework after class using Wikipedia, which will allow us to learn more about its features and engage in engaging interactions with other readers on Wikipedia, which I find very interesting.


Discussion

Although I know Wikipedia is a great platform for open and comprehensive information. But there are still some areas that require more in-depth discussion. For example Some articles on Wikipedia still contain biases, while others are influential and enticing. Not achieving complete fairness and justice.

I made several edits to the Wikipedia page for 'Daegu'.  Daegu, located in the southeastern part of South Korea, is the third-largest urban area in the country, following Seoul and Busan.  1. Summarize in my own words of materials. The book is primarily about the openness of Wikipedia. Openness means that anyone can participate in the creation and editing of articles without any qualifications. Openness can be a double-edged sword. While it means that you can edit without having expert knowledge of a topic, it also means that you can participate even if you have expert knowledge. For experts, articles written by non-experts can come across as inaccurate knowledge, which can anger experts. This anger can also be a catalyst for Wikipedia to continue to improve. However, articles edited only by non-experts can cause misunderstandings and convey incorrect information, so openness can be considered a double-edged sword.
