Week10 Wikipedia Edits - Kwon Hyunji(권현지)
1. Summary
I have additionally completed the translation of List of artistic objects living the Solar System. This page has decided to translate because no Korean documents existed before. I have translated them into planetary probes, speed and distance from the sun, propulsion stage, future, and Julius. I have also done activities to add footnotes. Doing the above activities, I have learned how to organize new information, especially about Voyager 1, Voyager 2, Pioneer 10, Pioneer 11, and New Horizons, which are artificial objects that are leaving the solar system.
2. Interesting points
I didn't know much about Voyager 1, but I learned a lot of interesting things on this occasion. I knew it was launched a long time ago, but I was surprised that it was launched in 1977. Then it passed Jupiter in 1979, Saturn in 1980, and especially near Titan, Saturn. The probe entered interstellar space on Aug. 25, 2012, at a speed of 121 AU across the solar system. And what's more surprising is that while another probe was the first to be launched, Voyager 1 reached a faster speed as it passed through all other probes.
3. Discussion
How many satellites will leave the solar system in the future? What should be supplemented in order to organize this document in more detail and good information?
