  1. Summary
    This article contains answers to questions that are commonly seen in Wikipedia. It feels like a manual, and one of the interesting things is that it supports a wide range of languages. In addition to familiar languages like Korean and English, it also supports many other languages, including Portuguese, Dutch, and even some languages I had never heard of before. It seems like you can read this article in a wide variety of languages. The article covers topics related to the project, such as uploading, materials, galleries, and categories, as well as information about copyright, technical aspects like engines, resolution, image media, and details about the public community. The article answers many questions that we might have at some point, and it provides clear answers to them. This will be very helpful when we face difficulties during editing.

  2. Interesting Points
    I found it interesting and amusing that even questions and answers are presented in Wikipedia style. It felt very much like the typical Wikipedia experience. Additionally, at the bottom of the article, I found a table that categorized various questions, making it easy to find the information I was curious about. Every word in the article is linked to more information, so I can directly go to the details of any topic I want to explore. This feature made it very convenient, and I thought it showed how Wikipedia has evolved to provide even more convenience for readers. Overall, it was really fascinating to see how advanced Wikipedia has become.

Week 1. My Recent Wikipedia Edits - Jeong seolah (정설아)

I made several edits to the Wikipedia page for 'Daegu'.  Daegu, located in the southeastern part of South Korea, is the third-largest urban area in the country, following Seoul and Busan. With a population exceeding 2.3 million, it is the fourth-largest metropolitan city in South Korea and the second-largest in the Yeongnam region after Busan. Often referred to together with the surrounding North Gyeongsang Province as Daegu-Gyeongbuk, this region is home to over 5 million residents.  1. Summarize in my own words of materials. The book is primarily about the openness of Wikipedia. Openness means that anyone can participate in the creation and editing of articles without any qualifications. Openness can be a double-edged sword. While it means that you can edit without having expert knowledge of a topic, it also means that you can participate even if you have expert knowledge. For experts, articles written by non-experts can come across as inaccurate knowledge, which can anger experts. This anger can also be a catalyst for Wikipedia to continue to improve. However, articles edited only by non-experts can cause misunderstandings and convey incorrect information, so openness can be considered a double-edged sword.
