Week12---Edit Wikipedia: Update "self-driving tour" entry YANJINJIN(염금금)

 1.Summary

I edited the entry about "self-driving tour" on Wikipedia. Self-driving tour refers to travel activities carried out by private car or rental vehicle. Self-driving tour not only brings freedom and flexibility to travelers, but also allows them to explore the destination more deeply and experience different natural culture and landscapes. Self-driving tour is becoming more and more popular around the world, especially in countries and regions with convenient transportation.

2.Interesting points

When editing, I learned that the popularity of self-driving tours is closely related to the development of society and technology. For example, the popularity of GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications has greatly improved the convenience and safety of self-driving tours. Now, not only can you plan your itinerary through maps, but you can also check traffic conditions in real time and even book accommodation along the way. These technological advances have made self-driving tours easier and more interesting.

3.Question

Although self-driving travel brings convenience and fun, it also brings some challenges, such as traffic safety issues, environmental pollution, and non-compliance with traffic rules. In the future, how can we enjoy the freedom brought by self-driving travel while reducing its impact on the environment? Especially during the peak travel season, how can we ensure smooth traffic and reduce congestion?

I made several edits to the Wikipedia page for 'Daegu'.  Daegu, located in the southeastern part of South Korea, is the third-largest urban area in the country, following Seoul and Busan.  1. Summarize in my own words of materials. The book is primarily about the openness of Wikipedia. Openness means that anyone can participate in the creation and editing of articles without any qualifications. Openness can be a double-edged sword. While it means that you can edit without having expert knowledge of a topic, it also means that you can participate even if you have expert knowledge. For experts, articles written by non-experts can come across as inaccurate knowledge, which can anger experts. This anger can also be a catalyst for Wikipedia to continue to improve. However, articles edited only by non-experts can cause misunderstandings and convey incorrect information, so openness can be considered a double-edged sword.
