WEEK7——Class Discussion Question——ZHUANG MINNA

When searching for information, I prefer using artificial intelligence tools. Here are three of the reasons why I like to use it:

1. Instant conversational interaction

Traditional search requires repeated adjustment of keywords and screening of answers from countless web pages; AI provides a natural language conversation experience. With my continuous questioning, AI can understand the context without repeating the background.

2. Personalized answers

AI can dynamically adjust answers based on your identity, needs, and knowledge level, which is something traditional search engines cannot do.

3. Continuous conversation optimization

This can make the answers more accurate as the conversation goes on, and it can also dig deeper: it guides my thinking like a mentor.

In the era of information overload, AI search tools (such as ChatGPT and Copilot) are gradually replacing traditional search engines and becoming the first choice for many people to obtain information. Its core advantages lie in conversational interaction, personalized output and continuous optimization capabilities, which can more efficiently meet users' diverse knowledge needs.

2）Question

-Should we trust AI's answers completely?

-Will it make us "lazy"?

I made several edits to the Wikipedia page for 'Daegu'.  Daegu, located in the southeastern part of South Korea, is the third-largest urban area in the country, following Seoul and Busan.  1. Summarize in my own words of materials. The book is primarily about the openness of Wikipedia. Openness means that anyone can participate in the creation and editing of articles without any qualifications. Openness can be a double-edged sword. While it means that you can edit without having expert knowledge of a topic, it also means that you can participate even if you have expert knowledge. For experts, articles written by non-experts can come across as inaccurate knowledge, which can anger experts. This anger can also be a catalyst for Wikipedia to continue to improve.
